| Le Squez Housing A master-plan has been prepared for redevelopment of this, the largest housing estate in Jersey. The proposals include both new build and refurbished homes, and introduce to the Island the principle of homes being sold to raise capital for the construction of later phases. The buildings are planned to be simple and attractive, yet cost effective and colourful to create a new identity for this large residential area. |
